Memento Mori

When we moved, I put my One Safety Pin* in a Very Safe Place where it would a) not get lost and b) be very easy to find again when I need it.

Well, it has gotten lost and I have forgotten where that Very Safe Place was.

Friends, make sure that in YOUR homes, you always have more than one safety pin.



*That would indeed mean the Only Safety Pin I Own.

Okay.

My 9x9 Pyrex pan AND its lid can't just spontaneously disappear.

Where did they go? I haven't used it for a long time. It SHOULD be in the cupboard.

It's not.

It's also not in the freezer, the fridge, the stove, the drawer under the stove, the dishwasher, the sink, or any other cupboards.

Ideas?
