They came out really yummy, although I didn't let them chill at all or roll them out really thin enough. Next time I definitely want to make them thinner... I was thinking it would be fun to try cutting them in shapes like cookies.
Now I want to try to make a clone of another cracker I really like (and which I'm sure probably has high fructose corn syrup, too...)
