The Things... well, they're thingy.
Today I cleaned. I washed the dishes. I scrubbed the counters clean. I dusted. I vacuumed. I heated up food for lunch, the refuse and dishes of which remain in the kitchen even now. I made
So we got a fifteen pound bag of potatoes. This bag has, oh, maybe ten potatoes in it? They were HUUUUUUUGE. I used the two biggest and a small one that was shaped curiously in our soup. I won't say what Dan thought it looked like, but I thought it looked like a boxing glove.
First I sauteed onions in Smart Balance and olive oil and added about three jars of water and two of the potatoes and a can of corn and a can of pinto beans and three sliced carrots and a bit of frozen corn and three cloves of smushed garlic. Toward the end I tossed in the last potato.
It was kind of too sweet after adding a little soy milk, so I put in some onion powder, parsley, and another can of pinto beans.
Then I washed the floors.
Sick of cleaning.
